Refund & Return Policy

All sales of our dog collars are final. Because each item is crafted to order, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once an order has been placed and processed.

We take immense pride in the quality and durability of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will gladly make it right. 

• Reporting Window: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at cnewsom1113@yahoo.com with a reference to your order and clear photographs of the defect or incorrect item.
• Resolution: Upon verifying the issue, we will provide a replacement of the exact item ordered. We do not issue cash or card refunds. Replacements are our standard and only remedy for defective merchandise.
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with sending items back and having new items shipped out. 

Choosing the correct size is the responsibility of the pet owner. Please carefully measure your pet according to our directions before placing your order. 

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. Once that window has passed, the sale is locked in. 

By purchasing, accepting, or using any products from Tucker's Bling, LLC, you (the customer and pet owner) acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following terms regarding product use, safety, and liability.

Our collars are crafted for durability, style, and everyday wear, but no pet accessory is indestructible. 

• Supervision: Pet owners are solely responsible for determining the appropriate use of our products for their pets and should supervise their pets while wearing any collar, especially during rough play, outdoor activities, or when left unattended in crates or yards.
• Regular Inspection: Periodically inspect your pet's collar for wear, tear, or structural damage (such as weakened cords, loose beads, or worn hardware). Discontinue use immediately if the product shows signs of compromise.
• Leash Attachment: Ensure you are using the correct hardware attachment point for leash walking. Slip-on styles or decorative pieces should be evaluated to ensure they safely meet your specific dog's pulling habits and strength.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tucker's Bling, LLC and its owners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with:

• The use, misuse, or inability to use our products.
• Any injury, harm, choking hazard, property damage, veterinary expenses, or loss of life sustained by any pet or human as a result of using our collars.
• Accidents, escapes, or incidents resulting from a collar breaking, slipping off, or being chewed through by a pet.

Products are purchased and used strictly at the customer's own risk. Tucker's Bling, LLC assumes no responsibility for how our products are utilized once they are in the customer's possession.
